When you browse our storefront, join our founding list, or complete an order, we collect:

• Contact details: Name, delivery address, email address, mobile contact number.
• Order details: Purchased body care products, transaction amounts, and fulfillment status.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser cookies for shopping bag persistence.

3. Payment Security with Maya

We do not store or process sensitive debit/credit card numbers or banking PINs on our servers. All digital transactions are securely processed through Maya Philippines, a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulated entity with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.

4. Purpose of Processing

We process your information exclusively to:

• Fulfill and dispatch your orders to your designated Philippine address.
• Provide live courier delivery updates via SMS and email.
• Send founding member releases and newsletters (only if you opted in).
• Detect and prevent fraudulent checkout attempts.
