1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Rituals and purchasing our care formulas, you agree to comply with these terms, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Product Accuracy & Formulations

We strive to display formula details, textures, and fragrance notes as accurately as possible. Our body care formulations are for external personal use only. We advise performing a patch test on a small skin area before full application.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices on our storefront are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP ₱) and include applicable statutory taxes. We reserve the right to revise pricing or promotional bundle discounts without prior notice.

4. Payments & Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted once Maya payment verification is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent intent or unauthorized reseller activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand trademarks, bottle visual designs, editorial journal writings, imagery, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Rituals.
