1. Delivery Tiers & Rates
All Rituals orders are fulfilled from our Metro Manila sanctuary. We ensure every bottle is securely sealed and wrapped in recyclable, aesthetic protective packaging.
All Philippine Regions · 1 to 3 days Metro Manila, 3 to 5 days Provincial
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PHT (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or Philippine public holidays are prepared on the following business day.
3. Real-Time Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your courier tracking link. You can also trace your parcel in real-time on our Order Tracking Page using your Order ID.
4. Discreet & Sustainable Unboxing
Every parcel is shipped in unmarked, recyclable cardboard shippers. Inside, your bottles rest in custom molded pulp inserts with botanical fragrance cards for a sensory unboxing experience.
